For me Bangkok was more about the vibe and delicious food than sightseeing. In terms of food I highly recommend HongKong Dimsum and Noodle. I usually do not go more times into same restaurant when I am traveling, however to this one I went three times. The food was delicious! I have probably done one of the most touristy thing during my travels in Bangkok, which was visiting Little Zoo Garden, where you can pet capybaras. It is not really in the centre so getting there takes more time and the entrance is expensive (around 400 THB), however it a cute experience great for every capybara lover. I stayed in KC Guesthouse, it was a simple inexpensive central accommodation. The family run a small restaurant that is in the same building. Great option if you are looking for something central on budget and want more privacy than a hostel offers. I spent only 4 days in Bangkok and to be honest, I wish I could have stayed more.
